Last week I took the plunge into the ruhige Kraft workouts. With a bit of encouragement from my training partner, I sat down for  40 minutes worth of short interval workout.


It was only 6k of work in short bursts of explosion with just the right of rest. It's not like I haven't done these workout before, but it has some years since I endured.
